Last weekend we finally moved house and I have to say that it truly was one of the most stressful things that I have every done. Don’t get me wrong I have moved into and out of places before but never as part of a chain. This time we were in a chain and it stressed me to the max. The biggest problem though was the stupid bank and its new CHAPS system for doing mortgages. Yes it means that the mortgages go through in one day but it also means that it can take all day to get processed.
However it has all been worth it since the new house we have moved into is really nice and the amount of room we now have is excellent. Plus the advantage of having a garden will be great when we actually have it looking good.
